Thursday Afternoon Class - Surrealism
Term 3 - after school from 3 - 4:30 - weeks 1 - 5
Service Description
** Even though this class started in Week 1, you can still join in Week 2 for a reduced price ** Join us on Thursday afternoons to make some beautiful art. In Term 2, we will be learning about the surrealist art movement and closely examining some of Salvador Dali's work. We will work on several surrealist art projects using a variety of art media, like paint and collage, over the first five weeks of the term. Classes start right after school in Room 21. It would be good if you could pack your child an extra snack to eat before we get started so they have lots of energy for making art :) I will collect children in years 1 and 2 from their classes just before the end of the school day so they don't need to worry about getting lost. If you're keen to carry on with some more art, join us for part 2 in the second half of the term when we will be learning about Cezanne's superb still lifes!
